This immersive experience blends the calming effects of Indigenous traditions followed by guided meditation, sound and colour. Each brushstroke becomes a step towards releasing tension and boosting serotonin levels. Step into a peaceful and inspiring creative space where art, mindfulness, and personal reflection come together. The Sacred Feather Guided Meditative Creative Workshop invites participants to slow down, reconnect with their inner voice, and express their intentions through a meaningful piece of art.

During this three-hour experience, participants will be gently guided through grounding exercises and a short meditation designed to inspire creativity and self-reflection. The feather—often seen as a symbol of messages, transformation, freedom, and spiritual connection—will serve as the central inspiration for the creative process.

Following the meditation, participants will create their own Sacred Feather artwork guided using acrylic paints colour. The focus of this workshop is not on artistic perfection, but on intuitive expression, mindfulness, and allowing creativity to flow naturally. Discover creative art and unlock new perspectives on personal well-being and expressive creative freedom. Discover a sanctuary from daily stress and anxiety. Learn to channel your newfound calm into vibrant artistic expression, regardless of no prior art or painting experience. Throughout the session, participants will have time to explore their personal intentions and emotions through the creative process. The workshop provides a supportive and relaxed environment where individuals can work quietly, reflect, and enjoy the calming rhythm of creativity.

This workshop is open to anyone who is curious about creative expression, mindfulness, and exploring art as a reflective and wellness practice. All materials are provided, and participants are simply invited to come with an open mind and a willingness to explore creativity.
